Jane has worked as a freelance director all over the world. She has directed many musicals, three of which she also wrote the book and lyrics, PILGRIM'S PROGRESS, BUSTER KEATON and EAST END. She also directed KISS ME KATE with Nichola McAuliffe & Sir Thomas Allen.

She staged Jessye Norman's THE SACRED ELLINGTON at Epidaurus in Greece and the following year in Chatelet in Paris.

She has directed many drama school productions at LAMDA, GSA, Webber Douglas, and the Central School of Speech and Drama.

2006 Jane was the first female and first English director or THE LOST COLONY, America's longest running outdoor drama, now in its 69th year. www.thelostcolony.org.
Jane was invited back to direct it again in 2007, its 70th anniversary year.

She will also direct THE MERRY WIDOW in London, again for Opera UK, and OTHELLO in Savannah, Georgia, for the Savannah Shakespeare Festival.
